Refund Policy
We do not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, destruction or death caused by our products. Please note that each phone case is made to order and so therefore we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you order the wrong phone model - we recommend double checking that you have selected the right phone model in order to prevent this from occurring. We also advise you to double check the address you have put in before checking out as we cannot resend out another case in place due to our cases being printed on demand. If your item arrives faulty then please contact us via email within 31 days of your purchase in order to be eligible to open a case. Within this email please attach any photos and a description explaining how the item is faulty - we will then review this and come to a conclusion. We would like to stress that we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty as they are custom made. If a custom case is lost in the post, it will be replaced, not refunded.
